Unbelievable - was able to acquire brand new rear beltline trim on ebay - a pair of perfect pieces with rubber and mounts for $60!!! The seller has more!

Rear sway bars appear to have been optional on these cars. My '74 didn't have one. I managed to acquire a new one plus mounting hardware.

Tranny installed!
Spent Sunday and Monday prepping the Getrag 265, then installing the clutch, pressure plate, and trans. Hit a snag (as usual) that I did not anticipate. Apparently this was a known "issue" with putting a 5-speed in a bav - the rear trans support, is bolted to the body using special bolts that slide ...

Just about ready for installation. Flywheel, clutch and pressure plate are installed. Tranny goes in tomorrow!
